How do I use this site?

This is a wiki. The most well-known wiki is wikipedia which provides a space for collaborative knowledge-making. The Human Services Council website is for experts and lay people alike. All users are encouraged to register with this site and comment on the data and information here. 

Once registered, visitors can comment on pages of the site clicking on "add comment" at the bottom of each page. Please use this to make a suggestion, add and update a data source, or ask and answer questions. Your comments will be added to the page.

Some pages on the site are accessible to persons currently drafting or commenting on a specific document, and only specific users can access those pages.
